Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to become a key player within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) at Rightworks. The EPMO is at the heart of our corporate execution, driving the implementation of our strategic vision and ensuring the achievement of our overarching organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, this role is critical in converting strategic plans into structured, actionable programs that deliver measurable results. Join us and play a vital part in steering our enterprise toward its ambitious targets. This is a hybrid position in our Nashua, NH office. Responsibilities Program Planning and Execution: Lead the strategic planning process for all projects within the program, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to structure program plans, incorporating elements such as scope definition, timeline scheduling, resource allocation, and milestones. Spearhead the execution phase, driving initiatives from planning to delivery with a focus on quality outcomes and efficiency. Utilize critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate complex challenges and ensure program stability. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all program stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication. Develop a stakeholder management plan that identifies all key parties, their interests, and plans for regular engagement and reporting. Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program performance, generating reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Manage changes to the projects scope, timeline, or expected outcomes by driving alignment and managing stakeholder expectations. Virtual Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a virtual environment to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives. Foster collaboration and drive accountability across all levels of the project team, potentially utilizing the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) framework to clearly define team roles and responsibilities. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. At least 5-7 years of experience in program management, preferably within a technology-focused environment. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate virtual teams. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
