Qualifications: Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent Certifications - Optional PMI Project Management Professional or equivalent preferred Work Experience 10+ years of experience as a project or program manager implementing large scale technology driven change. Industry Experience: Consulting or Technology service delivery background strongly preferred External customer delivery processes and systems preferred Knowledge, background and/or hands on experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, preferred (such as ServiceNow, Oracle PPM, Workday PSA, Clarity, etc) Matrixed team building and management background preferred Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from clients, team members, stakeholders and peers Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SmartSheets, Visio, etc Builds productive relationships with peers and senior leaders and delivers on commitments to gain trust and respect.
