Sanhua International is looking for a Program Manager to join their Automotive Business unit in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Program Manager will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining master program plan to assure timely completion while supporting the sales team in pursuit of new customer business by coordinating internal activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Support sales team in pursuit of new customer/business by coordinating internal activities. Organize, manage, and lead cross-functional program team throughout various stages of program. Successfully deliver new programs into production while meeting program internal & external objectives Create, monitor, and maintain master program plan to assure timely completion of deliverables. Monitor program performance, present monthly program reviews leading team through all phases. Successfully deliver new programs into production while meeting program internal & external objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a program management role. Experience with Detroit OEM Customers, GM, Ford, and Stellantis. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs from initiation to closure. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and practices is preferred.
