Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position. Requisition Type: Contingent Position Title: Program Manager The Program Manager will lead a team of Virtual Processors to supplement the ongoing processing and humanitarian efforts conducted by US Border Patrol Agents, DHS Volunteer Force and Border Patrol Processing Coordinators. Processors will conduct data entry and perform other processing efforts. Location: National Capital Region Security Clearance Level: Must be able to successfully complete a CBP Background Investigation Duties and Responsibilities Manage staff of up to 100 Virtual Processors. Plan, direct, control, measure, and monitor all employee activities. Obtain timely security clearances for new employees. Prepare and submit a Monthly Status Reports Maintain an approved Quality Control / Assurance Plan that establishes the quality assurance activities performed. Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree 8+ years in program management roles Able to speak Spanish desired. Must be skilled in operating a personal computer and utilizing various software packages, such as Microsoft (MS) Office application to include MS Word and Excel. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to deal with conflicts, confrontations, disagreements in a positive manner, which minimizes personal impact, to include controlling ones' feelings and reactions. Must be able to deal effectively with others in both favorable and unfavorable situations regardless of status of position.
