Description : LIA is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to establish , operate (perform), and manage installation transportation support services within the Fort Detrick and Forest Glen area of operations and within other areas, when required . The ideal candidate will conduct daily / monthly vehicle dispatching for General Services Administration (GSA) and Army Owned Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) . The Program Manager will spend Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Fort Dietrick and Tuesdays and Thursdays at Forrest Glen. Responsibilities: E nsure that all drivers have in their possession a valid state driver's license (CDL - B with Passenger Endorsement) indicating the type of vehicle the individual is authorized to drive Ensure that all drivers complete a OF -346 US Government Motor Pool Vehicle Operator Identification Card. Ensure that vehicle keys, fuel credit card, fuel receipts, DA Form 1970 or mechanized form , DA Form 2404 , and  SF 91 are turned-in with log book . E nsure that  the driver IAW TM 738-750  has completed Department of Defense ( DD) Form 1970 or mechanized form . Ensure that vehicle keys, fuel credit card for the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) Book, DA Form 1970 or mechanized form and Department of the Army (DA_ Form 2404 are issued to the operator. Ensure that all vehicles are secured when not in use while parked in the motor pool. and secure vehicles when they are parked from being returned to dispatch. B e responsible for safe, efficient, and economical operations of all motor vehicles assigned to the installation and shall be required to maintain acceptable standards of appearance of motor vehicles as specified in the Army Regulation (AR) 58-1. Be responsible for cleanliness on motor pool vehicles/ Collect , analyze, and evaluate motor vehicle activity and accidents to pinpoint where accident prevention efforts shall be made/improved and provide written data through the COR to the Installation Safety Office. E stablish a customer service plan which describes the mechanism and process to solicit and receive customer service comments and complaints, to include a timely mechanism for immediate resolution to complaints. M aintain a hotline to receive comments and complaints and will log-in or register all comments and complaints to include when and how they were dealt with. I mplement corrective action to any complaints immediately R eview customer service issues with the COR on a daily basis. Ensure that all vehicles utilized in this service are fully operational (to include lift gates) and are kept in a clean condition. Qualifications: Government Security Clearance or ability to be cleared . Possess a current Class B License with Passenger Endorsement . High School e ducation or e quivalent . Minimum three years of in- person customer service experience . Minimum or three years of management or supervisory experience. Experience with m anagement of m otor v ehicles and drivers. Familiarity with government forms such as the OF-346, DA 2404 and DD form 1970 .
