A diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google's products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience in Trust and Safety or a related field (security, privacy, compliance, risk management). Preferred qualifications: Experience with feature development and product launches. Experience contributing effectively in dynamic, large-scale and cross-functional projects. Excellent leadership, communications, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for safe and responsible innovation. Responsibilities Own and manage business-critical programs to achieve multi-quarter objectives. Structure and lead project teams. Define clear strategy, deliverables, roles, and timelines. Build cross-functional partnerships with product, policy, and engineering teams.Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive content during the course of the role in line with Google's policies.
