SGI Global LLC is seeking a Program Manager with experience with the DoS Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS) program. Job Duties: Under indirect supervision, oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of amultifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program. Seeks and develops outside funding sources, servesas principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise. Qualifications: Baccalaureate or higher level degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration and/or Management OR a combination of education and experience which furnished the appropriateknowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the requirements. Monitoring and Evaluation Experience. Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques to develop support deliverable criteria and metrics covering complex program mission and functions, and monitoring and evaluation techniques for advanced law enforcement training programs. Communication skills. Demonstrated advanced communication and conflict management skills are required. Detail oriented. Program managers must pay attention to details. This quality is necessary across a range of tasks. Leadership skills. In managing workers and coordinating administrative duties, program and project managers must be able to motivate employees and deal with issues that may arise. Knowledge of, and skill related to the development of professional correspondence for use by project and program managers. Skill in preparation, presentation, and evaluation of plans, designs, reports, and other correspondence.
