Program Management Analyst (Journeyman)

Job Summary SITEC provides support services as required for continuous operation of the Software Support Activity Software Production Facilities including complete lifecycle services for our customers platforms. This position is eligible for remote work. Remote workers must reside within 50 miles of Patuxent River, MD. Primary Responsibilities Support a large information technology engineering team to aid in project planning and organization. Scrum Master for Software Production Facility (SPF), consisting of various sub-engineering teams and projects. Facilitate and participate in full Agile planning, to include daily scrum meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning and review meetings, and reviews. Work with SPF engineering team(s) to organize and maintain project work and planning in Atlassian toolsets. Document and maintain SPF functions as it pertains to sprint team organization and planning, technical documentation and knowledge base Communicate and sync regularly with PMA Scrum Master's to report status and communicate impediments Perform procurement functions of hardware and software, to include contract writing, quote gathering, and Purchase Card submissions. Maintain and update master Software Renewal calendar for internal SPF and external customer requirements. Maintain and update annual software renewal costs to be shared with internal and external financial POCs. Document and maintain SOPs for all purchasing processes. Document and maintain SOPs for all scrum and agile processes. Basic Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required. Education Requirements "None Specified" Experience Requirements Technical aptitude to aid in day-to-day understanding of SPF operations, project planning, and purchasing requirements.
