Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for a Program/Center Director. The Program/Center Director develops, coordinates, and oversees all operations and activities in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards, PA Early Learning Standards, Department of Human Service (DHS) Standards, STARS Standards, PA Keys, and the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) for children and families enrolled in programs at Butler County Children's Center. Candidate must have a BS/BA degree in Early Childhood or related from an accredited college/university and 3 years of experience in an Early Education or Head Start. Must possess the Pennsylvania Director Credential or the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Director Credential Must have one year of supervisory experience and have exceptional knowledge about Early Learning Principles and excellent leadership/management skills.
