Description:
Duties: Provide program management skills and knowledge in acquisition or defense program management, Planning, Programming and Budget System, Execution PPBE process including effective Program Objective Memoranda (POM) submissions, budget, and personnel management for assigned activities in any and or all phases in the acquisition life cycle development. Identify and resolve highly complex problems and issues that cross organizational boundaries, systems, and techniques, and to develop and implement strategic and technical project plans. Define, manage, and integrate efforts of multiple-disciplined teams that support diverse and complex programs. Lead business review sessions with key stakeholders to understand business performance by segments and assist with formulation of action plans. Qualification/Education: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to create graphs and tables using Excel and proprietary software. Knowledge of leadership principles and strategic, including the ability and willingness to assume lead responsibility for controversial situations. Proficient in large data set analysis. Interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and ability to understand, articulate, and explain the financial pyramid. Relational database knowledge, strong spreadsheet proficiency and analytical skillset. Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Abilities: Ability to build professional networks. Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and make good decisions. Ability to build professional networks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, ability to manage many tasks, simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills underpinned by solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
