Description:
Masters degree in Urban Planning or related and post-secondary coursework in Finance, Economics, Probability and Statistics, Regression Analysis, Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Project Feasibility. Experience using GIS. 3 years of experience as a Program Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager or related, working with stakeholders in the Latin American or the Caribbean region to manage program or project completion. Experience can be concurrent. Professional fluency in Spanish required to present seminars, conferences, roundtables, and other oral and written engagement to the Latin American community and to develop program collateral and pedagogical products for Spanish speaking people.
