The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong focus on producing high-quality written work. This position offers autonomy in handling assigned cases while benefiting from the knowledge and experience of seasoned litigators. Duties:Work on all aspects of litigation in multiple jurisdictions, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial.Handle assigned cases with autonomy, while also collaborating with a team of experienced litigators.Write persuasive briefs and memoranda for state and/or federal courts.Utilize technology proficiently to ensure quick turnaround on written work.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in California.Experience writing briefs and memoranda for state and/or federal courts.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Tech-savvy with experience in using technology for legal research and document production. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar. Skills:Excellent written communication skills with a focus on producing high-quality legal documents.Strong oral communication skills for interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Legal research and analysis skills.Proficiency in using technology for quick turnaround on written work.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic litigation environment.
