The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality written work. This role offers autonomy in handling assigned cases while also benefiting from the knowledge and experience of seasoned litigators within the firm. Duties:Work on all aspects of litigation in multiple jurisdictions, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial.Handle assigned cases independently while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators.Draft persuasive briefs and memoranda for state and/or federal courts.Utilize technology proficiently to ensure quick turnaround on written work.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.Proven experience in writing briefs and memoranda for state and/or federal courts.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficient in legal research and analysis.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Tech-savvy with expertise in using technology for legal research and document production. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the South Carolina State Bar. Skills:Excellent written communication skills with a focus on producing high-quality legal documents.Strong oral communication skills for interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Legal research and analysis proficiency.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic litigation environment.Proficiency in using technology for quick turnaround on written work.
