(5+ years of experience required)Relocation Assistance: If you are new to the area, or a former resident they will help you settle and help you with your costs.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Maintain the highest safety standards and adherence to GMP's, SQF & FDA regulations.Schedule and coordinate activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.Utilize production management software and equipment to optimize operations.Optimize on KPI's.Qualifications:High School Diploma (College degree preferred)5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in CPG Food/Beverage production industry (baked goods experience a plus) Servant leadership mentalityExperience with SQF & HACCP (certifications a plus)Experience working with a non-union workforceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsComputer literate (Microsoft Office)Proficiency in JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle ERP a plusIR scanner gun experienceAbility to lift over 50 lbs.Ability to work nights and occasional weekendsReady to take the next step?If you're a passionate leader with a proven track record in the CPG food or baked goods industry, we want to hear from you!
