Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift. .Location: Joplin, MissouriRelocation assistance providedThis job will have the following responsibilities:Lead, Develop and Supervise employees in a manufacturing settingUnderstand the fundamentals of labor and waste controlEvaluate team member performance to ensure KPI's are exceeding standardsKnowledgeable in food safety, HACCP, and GMP's and also assist in company auditsRequirements/skills:High School Diploma or Degree Preferred1-2 years of Leadership of experienceKPI driven3+ years in Manufacturing with a preference for food or poultry processing experienceUSDA ExperienceLeadership ExperienceExcellent opportunity to grow in the future!
