Description:Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor-Bilingual Spanish in a non-union environment.GREAT relocation package is providedShift is M-T 2p-12:30amThis job will have the following responsibilities:Provide leadership and training to accomplish all production goalsoversee and develop a team of 25+ employeesPrepare and review employees hours for payrollBe the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance as needed.Communicate and work with other team members to control and improve the manufacturing processOversee the KPIs and monitor shift performance and establish any deficienciesRequirements/Skills:Packaging Manufacturing Experience is a plus.High Speed Manufacturing ExperienceBachelor s Degree PreferredPrevious canning/packaging experience is a plus3+ yeas of Supervisory experienceSix Sigma Green Belt PreferredUI939308
