We are in search of a Production Sewer for Roeming Industries in Mequon, WI. This position is vital to preserving the highest level of excellence in our products and making sure orders are completed on schedule. You will be held accountable for delivering quality sewn products and observing production regulations. You will be able to work with a talented and creative team in a fast-paced environment. If you are enthusiastic about sewing and delivering exceptional quality, this job is the perfect fit for you! Responsibilities:• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce products of superior quality and in an efficient manner• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when operating machines• Record sewing activities, quality levels, and other production-related data accurately• Read and comprehend written instructions, read a ruler• Monitor machines during operation and promptly address any problems that may arise Qualifications:• At least 1 year of previous experience in a production sewing role• US Work Authorization• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines• Strong attention to detail and quality• Interpersonal communication skills and team-working ability Compensation: $18 hourly About Company: We are an established family-owned business in Mequon, WI.Our 68 years in business has given us much experience in our field of manufacturing and distributionWe have a productive and friendly teamOur hours are M-F 7:00 - 3:30We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and opportunities for career advancementWe offer a clean and comfortable working environmentWe are dedicated to nurturing a family atmosphere that is conducive to personal growth and fulfillment with some fun along the way
