Production Procurement Administrator Permanent, Full-Time£25,282Monday – Thursday / 08:00 – 17:00Friday / 08:00 – 14:30Elland, Halifax Winsearch UK is currently working with a large manufacturing business to appoint a Production Administrator, on a full-time, permanent basis. This position will be an office-based role and will be responsible for procuring raw materials and work alongside their production function. To assist in the creation of cutting plans using optimisation software. Review and revise optimisations to ensure the best yield out of raw materials. Placing orders for raw materials and working closely with suppliers to ensure lead time and delivery times are maintained. To respond to customer communications and answering queries. To provide other administrative support to the office and production departments. Senior HR Advisor Qualifications and Requirementinteractioncellent communication Good eye for detail Knowledge of MS packages Knowledge of MS Excel is essential Previous experience on Optiplanning software desirable Polite, friendly and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone Knowledge: Costing and optimising raw materials Understanding of stock control systems Attributes: Reliability in timekeeping and attendance Flexibility, willingness to learn To manage own time effectively Well organised and a planned approach to completing tasks.
