Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.Set up and monitors the operation of the Divider/V-Mag ensuring product meets Company standards and specifications.Responsibilities Set up Divider and inspect to assure it is ready to operate Ensure doubles are removed before entry into proofer Monitor dough consistency and communicate with Mixer Operator and Foreperson Ensure dusters do not run out of Muffin-cornmeal Ensure Monkey Paws timing inspected and aligned with proofer cups Dough flow hopper to be scraped each hour and stairs kept clean of flour and dough Complete appropriate documentation, notify Foreperson when outside established range Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications. Complete, legible and accurate documentation. Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns All other assigned tasks.Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment Clear and concise. Ability to read and write accurate and legible documentationShift: 2ndHourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
