Bunge is hiring for multiple full-time openings for the EXPANSION of our Morristown, IN Soy processing plant. Bunge has been an anchor in the Morristown area for 25+ years, we are growing & expanding our local operations. Join a dynamic, high energy, and high performing team.Open roles include:Production OperatorsMaterial Handling OperatorsPackaging OperatorsWarehouse OperatorsPlant runs 24/7 operations. Schedules will vary & will work a rotating 12 hr shift schedule.Bunge offers a generous compensation & benefits package. Pay starting at $28.85 per hour. Medical benefits package (employer pays the majority of premiums), additional benefits include dental, vision, life, & more. Vacation, sick & holiday pay starting year one. 401K plan with 5% company contribution & up to 4% company match.Core Functions: Operate in the assigned production department of the soy protein processing facility, following all procedures & policiesActively participate in all aspects of safety, including near-miss reporting and meetingsFollow all process safety procedures and controlsUnderstand and be able to clearly communicate throughout the facilityDemonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge-Act as One Team, Drive for Excellence, & Do What s RightOther tasks and activities assignedSkill/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or GED, preferredAg or food processing experience, would be a plusSelf-motivated individual who can work independently under little to no supervisionAbility to take instruction and follow directions, requiredComfortable working safely in high places.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong mechanical skills, preferredProficient in basic computer skills, preferredMust have initiative and demonstrate strong customer service skillsPositive attitude & ability to work within a team atmosphereBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
