Using DLFT, we design and construct thermoplastic products that include intricate geometries in their design, allowing holes, slots, and other complex features to be directly molded into the product. Production Operator Responsibilities • All facets of molding composite parts, including starting up and shutting down presses, loading and unloading presses, trimming parts, inserting customer-specified hardware, packaging for shipping, and more. • Using equipment such as hydraulic presses, extruders, trim knives, drills, and more. • Inspecting parts to ensure customers receive our highest quality product while meeting their specifications. • Working in teams while learning different jobs, setups, and processes. • Communicating with team members to promote a strong team process at each press. • Learning and adhering to critical safety policies and practices. Schedule: • 12-hour shifts, 7 out of every 14 days, every other Fri & Sat, Closed Sundays • Days: 4:50am to 5:00pm • Nights: 4:50pm to 5:00am ($1.50/hour premium)
