Job Description Production Operator - Clinton IAPay Rate: $22.01 + $2.55 shift differentialShift(s) Available: 12 - hour shifts rotating Days and Nights. Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and on occasion different shifts with advance notice as needed. High school diploma or GED with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)Strong safety performance and value for safetyKnowledge of equipment operation and use of toolsStable work historyStrong attendance recordStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness and ability to work 12 hour rotating shiftsFlexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvementPhysical Requirements: Ability to work in extreme temperaturesAbility to lift fifty pounds routinely, climb stairs and ladders, wear respirator and work at high elevationsADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
