The Production Operator is job classification Bulgur Miller is assigned to a swing shift and paid $25.98 per hour.Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire. Core Functions: Responsible for the proper operations of all equipment connected with the Bulgur operation excluding loading. Performs quality control work consisting of moisture, granulation and other tests necessary to ensure proper quality of the finished product. Operates equipment to maintain proper yields of finished product and maintains daily performance records. Keeps equipment and designated surrounding areas clean. Dumps additive ingredients. Qualifications: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers, customer, and leadership is required. Ability to read, write and perform basic math for business-critical record keeping and compliance is required. Ability to work flexible work schedule and overtime when needed is required. High School Diploma or GED, although preferred is not required. Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues. Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk. Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.
