Production Manufacturing Operative Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Fareham Salary: Up to A GBP 28,000 per annum N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth. N+C Glass are highly reputable Glass window manufacturers and have been operating for nearly 150 years. We have vacancies across our 3 fixed shifts. Day shift is either 6am:4.30pm or 7am:3.30pm. Evening shift 3.30pm:12.00am. Night shift 10.30pm:7am. Excellent progression opportunities in various aspects of the branch. Supported training programme. Company pension scheme. 31 days annual leave, raised to 33 with time served (8 days bank holiday inclusive) As a Unit line Operative, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Operating glass processing machinery and equipment. Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor. Housekeeping of machinery and work areas. Manual handling of glass The quality and cleanliness of glass. Working on an automated unit production line. Cleanliness of the finished product. To be considered for the role you must: Have a willingness to learn (full training provided). Be able to work towards a given target. Excellent attention to detail. Be adaptable. Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Able to adhere to the companys policies and values.
