Employee Assistance Programs Base Salary Range for PAPER MILL PRODUCTION MANAGER is $92k - $120k At our Cascades facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Specialty Products Group as the Quality Coordinator: RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the safety of employees by supporting and leading a rigorous safety program that promotes a “Safety is #1” culture and environment. Extensive supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence. Ability to deal with change and to propose favorable adaptation conditions Ability to guide and coach team members. Sound judgment to ensure follow-up and effective implementation of solutions in accordance with company priorities and to make appropriate decisions. Ability to carry out a number of projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities. Ability to manage ambiguous and complex situations. Develop and build a mobilized and competent team while supporting team development by providing the tools, resources and learning that promotes engagement and achievement of organizational and individual objectives. Lead and nurture a culture of continuous improvement that encourages critical thinking and teamwork. Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools. Evaluate and analyze production processes and cost to organize workflow that will meet specifications and deadlines without risk and within budget. Communicate, lead and support the plan that will achieve targets in terms of production capacity, standardization of operating costs, quality, engagement and health and safety. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy Excellent ability to build and support a customer-focused culture based on a people-centered approach. Agility needed to work with various technological tools. Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP Ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations Exemplary rigor in assuming responsibilities Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology or related degree plus experience will be considered. 5-7 Years of progressive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lean manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
