Could you be the full-time onsite Production Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage all manufacturing activities for a project(s) within an Elementary Production Unit (EPU), making a significant impact on the supply chain setup, quality plan validation, and industrialization activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain), oversee the training and qualification of operators, and much more." We’ll look to you for: Leadership in industrialization activities and manufacturing preparation, Finalization of manufacturing preparation and oversight of the complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, Management of the industrial process hand-over from PME to manufacturing All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Associates degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field, Bachelor's degree is preferred., 5 years of experience or understanding of manufacturing operations., Familiarity with Special Processes (Bonding, Riveting, Torquing, and Crimping) is preferred, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations., Knowledge of processes from Engineering to delivery.
