The purpose of this position is to drive and execute assembly of firearm parts, packaging and quality assurance at Primary Arms. This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, inspecting, and executing all aspects that align with the Primary Arms Business Strategy. The Production Manager will report to the Director of Merchandising and will ensure all goals are met monthly. He/She will be responsible for the coordination of Assembly, Quality Control, packaging and testing of all Expo Arms Products. This person will be responsible for overseeing Expo Arms Armorers and will ensure that all products are up to company standards. This is a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required. Job Duties & Responsibilities Plan & Schedule all work flow and production in accordance of needs Provides weekly reporting and build schedule to Director of Merchandising Ensures Quality Assurance of all inbound receipts Assists Assembly of Firearm Components & Packaging of all products Ensures the proper inspection, testing, and routine maintenance company firearms in accordance with applicable armorer procedures. Ensures organization and preparation of armorer inventory for production and assembly. Plans and conducts cycle counts based on daily, monthly, and annual requirements. Assist as required with customer Return Merchandise Authorization inspection services. Provide logistical support for large events and contracts as directed. Executes other duties as assigned. Education And/or Experience Project Management experience required. Mechanical experience required. Armorer experience preferred. Training may be provided. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required, Oracle is preferred. Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task while meeting needs of a rapidly changing environment. Must be able to work autonomously.
