Description:
This person will be the heart of scheduling and managing our roof replacements. From creating material orders for our suppliers to notifying our homeowners when their jobs will be scheduled. This job will be a good mixture of office work and being in the field. This job will require an individual with good communication and time management skills, someone who enjoys giving great customer experience and is patient with others. This job will come with a company vehicle and a dedicated office, with potential commission incentives. Responsibilities:• Schedule material deliveries and Replacement dates. Send Work orders and Material orders. Update the homeowner on dates that material and replacements are scheduled.• Introduce yourself to the homeowner and make sure job sites are properly set up, with protection on landscaping and personal property away from the house. Answer any questions about the replacement that homeowners may have. Do final walk-throughs once work is completed with homeowners.• Take before and after pictures of each job, document what extra materials we have to pick up.• Create punch lists of things that we need to complete or come back to fix, and final manufacturer warranties with every replacement. Qualifications:• Must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills. Construction knowledge is preferred but not necessary, must be professional. Enjoy working with others, providing education and guidance through the construction process.
