Summary: As a Production Lead, you will manage team member production. You will be responsible for supervising the team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: Plan own work activities, including coordination of work activities of others Monitor performance of team members within the crew Assist with crew scheduling Coordinate and assign duties of team members; provides team member training. Ensure that production deadlines and requirements are met. Keep records of production Regularly perform product quality verifications. Regularly perform scale inspections for accuracy Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required. Assist with inventory tracking (APC) Make sure hygiene and safety regulations are followed. Perform other duties, as assigned What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One year related experience and/or training Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Forklift certification. Bilingual in English and Spanish Basic PC knowledge Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Pay: $17 Hourly Total Compensation At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
