Urgently Hiring! Summary/Objective Work with specific product lines and product team members to identify defects or problems in the production process, provide feedback to manufacturing engineers or supervisors. Duties & Responsibilities · Support the planning of equipment and materials to improve efficiency of operations. · Help establish work measurement programs and help analyze work samples to develop standards for labor utilization. · Participate in prototype product assembly and testing under directions of engineers or supervisors or follow work instructions to accomplish assembly tasks as specified. · Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Position Requirements Experience Required: Familiarity with electrical or mechanical components. Education Required: Enrolled in a minimum 4-year degree program from an accredited university/college, who just completed their junior year program and has a tentative graduation date in no more than 2 years. Skills/Competencies: Adaptability, attention-to-detail, good communication Work Environment: Mainly production or prototyping environment, will conduct testing in production floor, come into contact with electronic and mechanical components. Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods of time; lift and move up to 50 lbs between stations frequently.
