Production Crew Members Wanted -- Fife, WA Nextaff of Tacoma is actively seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join an exceptional Production crew in Fife, WA. We are looking for candidates who can excel in a fast-paced environment and are ready to bring their best to our team. What You Will Receive: -Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour, with a $1 per hour increase upon permanent hire! Additionally, earn $0.50 more per hour with perfect attendance! -Shifts Available: - Day: 7am - 3pm - Swing: 3pm - 11pm - Graveyard/Night: 11pm - 7am - Benefits: Options for you and your family through Nextaff are available from day one. - Weekly Pay: Every Friday, starting after your first week of work. - Additional Benefits Upon Conversion: - Company Paid-employee medical/dental/vision benefits. - 401(k) with company match. - PTO & 7-paid holidays off. - Sick time and opportunities for growth! What You Will be Doing: - Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety programs. - Working at the end of a production line, stacking, and bagging newly extruded products. - Reading, understanding, and communicating customer quality and packaging requirements effectively. - Maintaining a clean, safe production area and keeping neat, accurate production records. - Recycling and/or storing regrind material as instructed. What You Will Need: - High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred). - Ability to work any of the available shifts on your feet. - Effective verbal communication skills in a noisy environment. - Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear appropriate PPE. - Must pass a 7-year criminal National background check and a drug screen.
