We proudly build long-term partnerships and industry-specific manufactured goods with ultimate precision and efficiency. Our sprawling facility includes three buildings: one dedicated to staff and production, another for welding and fabrication, and the largest building houses our most impressive machines! We are employee-owned. Your day as a Production CNC Machinist As a new Production CNC Machinist at A to Z Machine Company, you can expect to dive into an exciting world of machinery production. Your days will be filled with operating and maintaining CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the precision of each piece you create. Collaborating with our talented team, you'll learn the ins and outs of our processes and contribute to our production projects. Your schedule will revolve around Monday to Wednesday from 3 PM to 3 AM and Thursdays from 3 PM to midnight, offering you a unique work-life balance that keeps you engaged and energized.
