Responsibilities * Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. * Manage the production schedule to optimize efficiency and meet customer delivery requirements. * Communicate with suppliers to place orders for necessary raw materials, components and supplies. * Monitor supplier performance and proactively address any delays or issues that may impact production timelines. * Work closely with the production team to prioritize orders, allocate resources and ensure on-time delivery. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, production schedules and supplier interactions. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order entry and productions coordination. * Manage RMA WO's and coordinate with the shop and accounting. * Assist with inventory management. * Assist with ISO 9002:2015 Requirements * High scho ol diploma or equivalent. (Associate degree or relevant certification i s a plus) * Previous experience in order entry, productions coordination, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills to ensure accuracy in order processing. * Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management software, spreadsheets, and databases. * Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers and internal teams. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during order fulfillment. * Knowledge of supply chain and production process is desirable. * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. #jflow #FCG-L #LI-DFC #LI-IP1 No Agencies, Please Other details * Pay Type Salary
