The Product Specialists will provide expert appliance consultation over the phone to fulfill the goal of delivering a premium, high-touch experience to our customers. Product Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow-up, as needed, to build brand loyalty. Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to customers interested in our brands to offer assistance and gather detailed information about their needs and project timeline. Share expert knowledge regarding product features as well as design, specification and installation information. Build rapport and nurture the customer relationship by following up at appropriate intervals. Execute a seamless showroom handoff when customer is ready to take the next step. Continue to develop expert product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product offerings. Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to employ active-listening skills. Proven follow-up and follow-through skills. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence others is preferred. Hours will be from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST.
