Speridian Technolgies is recruiting for a Product Manager for our State of CA client. This person will be part of a state of the art, extremely vast, IT modernization project working with a variety of cross-functional teams. This is a remote role, however there will be meetings in the Sacramento area several times a year. The ideal candidate would be based within a 2-4-hour drive or fly time from the Sacramento, CA area. Overview/Description: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Responsibilities: Define business and product objectives and key results in collaboration with executives and stakeholders. Synthesize customer business goals, policy requirements, and strategic vision into OKRs and user stories. Draft and maintain a prioritized product backlog to achieve iterative success. Define and analyze metrics to measure product adoption and success in meeting business objectives Identify and prioritize iterative improvements, justify their impact, develop and test hypotheses. Collaborate closely with engineering, customers, SMEs, and the product team. Qualifications: 5+ years product management an experience working collaboratively with software engineering teams and cross-functional partners. 5+ years of experience navigating through product life cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. Proven effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills. Strong experience work with Agile/ Scrum. Human-centered design expertise.
