You will join SPIROL with 3-5 years of experience in a similar product management/sales/marketing role in a B2B manufacturing environment. You have a progressive career in technical or engineering roles, and you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. You also have a willingness to travel (up to 30%, including international travel). WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AT SPIROL: In our Product Manager role, you will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and work closely with engineering to deliver winning products. You will be working with Sales, Marketing, and Support to exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Working collaboratively with Executive management, you will define and implement the product vision while ensuring product and marketing efforts support SPIROL's overall strategy and goals. You will become an expert in the competitive marketplace, product differentiation, product development and operating processes. You will develop, and execute the sales plan and collaborate with and indirectly lead the direct sales team to meet the new business goals of the assigned product line. You will execute critical elements of product sales management including face to face customer visits to determine needs and developing/executing account and project strategies to secure new business. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: You will work directly with Global Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Operations, and other partners to ensure product offerings meet technical specifications, cost targets, delivery commitments, to exceed customer expectations. You will generate sales proposals that effectively facilitate the Product Sales process, differentiate the offer and meet the vision of the SPIROL brand. You will work to establish and achieve the sales forecast and desired growth objectives of the product line by a ctively monitoring the sales progress and influencing the sales team to meet established goals. You will personally take a lead role in generating and maintaining projects as deemed strategic in nature. You will monitor global market trends for new opportunities with an understanding of user needs in target markets through research and customer visits. You will use market research and competitive analysis to maximize viability of product concepts to meet worldwide market, financial, and technology goals, focusing on product offering gaps and drive effective standardized product solutions.
