Role and Responsibilities Lead hiring efforts to onboard, nurture and grow Product Owners that will report directly to this position to produce fast-flow development Structure user/consumer analysis to understand and document the user journey at a detail level Be accountable for the success of the technical value chain and footprint of all technologies related to the respective product domain Drive continuous discovery, consistent learning and testing to achieve validated, data-driven product decisions Partner with product marketing and business unit leaders to analyze product positioning in the market and influence pricing and service strategies according to vision Be a partner to the business teams in identifying current and future product feature needs towards improving operating efficiencies and growth Conduct in-depth Cost-Benefit Analysis and impact analysis on operational processes and collaborate with business teams in defining new techno-business processes Works with technology and business teams on product feature prioritization driven by ROI to build a product roadmap Perform analysis of products in the market to arrive at a Buy vs Build decisions and integration needs Work closely with architecture, data, development and design teams , creating mockups, specifying the requirements for developers and tracking work progress Specifies business readiness criteria (UAT) for a product feature, conducts/coordinates business readiness checks and coordinates product release Participates in the Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning, making sure the development team has a clear understanding of the user stories and know exactly what must be developed Lead feedback collection and analysis mechanisms and processes to understand product performance as measured by business impact and user outcomes Keep all stakeholders i.e. the management and other team members up to date on the strategy and product development progress so that everyone is on the same page. Works with marketing and design teams to promote the product and product driven services, making sure it gets enough exposure in the market Qualifications and Requirements: 3-5 years of Product Management experience leading hyper-growth and growth stage products Healthcare product experience preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology discipline Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Approaches any problem with outside-the-box thinking for solutions Organized and experienced working with multiple teams in building consensus Good at both written and verbal communication Experience in building project plans, roadmaps, Ability to Multi-Task Work on multiple applications Effectively communicates with development team Test automation experience a plus Web services integration Agile/Scrum Experience interfacing with No SQL Databases Ensure accuracy of the architecture through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation and problem resolution. Maintain in-depth up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, and industry trend React, JavaScript - Redux Node.js Microservices MongoDb, MySQL AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, SES, SNS, EC2, Fargate,) Typescript Selenium
