Title: Product Manager Reaction Biology is a contract research organization (CRO) that was founded in 2001. We provide contract research services to over 1500 clients worldwide through our labs in Malvern and Hershey in Pennsylvania and Freiburg and Heidelberg in Germany. Our clients are seeking answers in their request to discover effective treatments for patients. Finding these answers is our mission as a CRO. Our method is to accelerate the drug discovery process with the widest possible range of assays and services but also to maintain an integrated view of the journey to a lead drug candidate. We strive to provide excellent data, delivered in a timely, collaborative manner by outstanding scientists. Come join our team! Position Summary: The Product Manager will manage the preclinical services product portfolio at Reaction Biology. This would include life cycle management and working with the key stakeholders across the company to develop the services and product strategy. A key part of the position would focus on developing a clear understanding of customer needs, market conditions trends, and communicating those across the organization. The position will also play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the company's preclinical services marketing plan. Must have prior biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience. Main Responsibilities: Manage new product introductions (NPI) including development of product positioning, promotional and pricing strategies, sales training etc. Perform monthly/quarterly sales analysis to track sales performance and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, ROI etc. Perform market analysis, business case, customer requirements, commercialization plans for assigned services Support the development and execution of the company's tactical marketing such as email campaigns, newsletters, social media, website etc. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Business Development, and regional teams to support the marketing and sales of the company's services Support the company's participation at tradeshows and conferences, poster presentations and speaking engagements Develop compelling marketing materials to promote the service offerings Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/advanced degree(s) in life sciences required 3+ years of customer facing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or; strong technical knowledge of one or more of the company's current service areas
