What You'll Do: Forge strong partnerships with sales teams to decode and strategize OEM electrification plans. Lead the charge in promoting electrified solutions, making a mark across North America and beyond. Leverage strategic analysis to convert complex market data into actionable plans, guiding sales and product strategy. Conduct thorough market research, delivering valuable insights into trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Assess market potential, guiding investment decisions and market positioning for new and existing product lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, purchasing, and R&D, to support business growth and product alignment with market demands. Monitor global market opportunities, analyzing customer feedback, key challenges, and investment needs to shape effective business strategies. Adapt and grow in a dynamic role that evolves with the electrification landscape. Your Impact: Drive substantial sales growth and expand market share in the electrification domain. Excel in identifying and seizing global market opportunities, enhancing customer base and market visibility. Foster excellent teamwork across departments, ensuring successful product launches that meet market demands. Generate positive returns on investment in the electrified product portfolio. Who You Are: With at least 3 years in roles merging technical skills with market strategy, ideally within the electrification or automotive sectors. Holding a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, with a Masters in Business Administration being a notable plus. A strong background or keen interest in mechatronics or related product design. Proficient in financial analysis, with a solid understanding of manufacturing costs and business development. Willing to travel domestically and internationally (around 30% of the time). An analytical thinker whos not afraid to dive deep into complex challenges. Self-driven, creative, and adept at working in diverse, cross-functional teams without much oversight. This hybrid role is based at a competitive salary of $120,000 and is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative, innovative environments.
