About Our Opportunity Join our dynamic team at Service Excellence as we kick off an exciting expansion to enhance the digital landscape at DCS! As the backbone of coordination and administration for the Service Excellence team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration and continuous enhancement of DCS Digital Products. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations Planning, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide innovative digital solutions to DCS participants, partners and staff. Primary Accountabilities You will assist in the delivery and administration of Digital Products including the implementation of new products and the enhancement of existing DCS products. Working with two (2) case management systems (CCM and ICM) and beyond, you have the opportunity to support system releases, problem solve, create requirements documents, communication and change management initiatives. You will also: Support effective Product delivery and implementation. Review and backss system functionality for various programs and identify user needs to achieve system efficiency.
