OverviewSUMMARY Bering Global Solutions (BGS) is a leading provider of Human Performance Optimization (HPO) for our warfighters supporting DOD customers including the U.S. Air Force. We are seeking a procurement analyst to join our team and provide crucial procurement and financial tracking support in support of our HPO group. This position can be performed 100% remote from within the United States. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Procurement Analyst supporting the BGS HPO Group will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective procurement operation of our team. The Procurement Analyst will report to the HPO Operations Manager. Responsibilities include supporting 20 plus locations in managing the procurement process of contract ODC, vendor support, and travel authorizations. This position is integral to the success of our mission to enhance the performance and well-being of the Air Force pilots community.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Tasks * Working with contracting officers/GTMS for each task order location to maintain a list of approved purchases and track the purchase status and update status * Provide updates for contracting officerrepresentatives, GTMs and end users on order status reports * Maintain all purchase records including inventory * Monitor expense limits for each site * Oversight of government funds to ensure budget compliance Task Order Financial Support * Work closely with the HPO specialist team to manage and track the financial of task orders * Prepare and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and cost reports * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies * Collaborate with company project managers/site leads to review procurement financials Order Reconciliation * Reconcile all monthly credit card purchases and provide receipts to accounts payables department * Audit site leads corporate assigned credit cards and document funds spent against the CLIN assigned to each location on the expense tracker * Run accounting reports for each government CLIN monthly to locate voucher number for each transaction including equipment and travel/training expenditures * Vendor Support and Accounts Payable (AP) Support * Work with the AP corporate POC on vendor setup, purchase orders, and vendor invoices * Review, code and upload monthly vendor invoices. * Review vendor invoices for accuracy and track payables schedule to support timely payments * Provide purchase card report of all vouchered confirmed purchases for equipment and travel/training monthly to project accounting for invoice generation * Provide government POC with a detailed excel sheets for ODC costs * Access to WAWF to ensure monthly invoice submissions are being approved by government COR in a timely manner and tracking status of invoices on the monthly billing schedule * Work with BSNC the accounts payable team and support the activities as associated, including invoice processing and vendor communication. * Maintain vendor records and resolve any payment discrepancies * Establish vendor new accounts, and manage existing vendor accounts * Request multiple vendor estimates and maintain all records and negotiation backup files.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
