Responsibilities: Support daily shop floor operations, resolving production issues, quality problems, and implementing process improvements. Structure and verify bills of materials. Update process documentation. Submit maintenance requisitions. Assist with machinery and equipment installation. Support Plant 4 Paint Line Requirements: 0-4 years related experience High school graduate or equivalent Must exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills amongst shop floor and support staff. Execute tasks per direction given, team member for projects. Must have good hands on expertise in assigned manufacturing process. Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
