This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, maintaining a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain production equipment to ensure it meets high standards of safety and efficiency. • Conduct fault finding and repairs on electrical and mechanical components, with a focus on 3 phase motors, circuit fault finding, and safety relay fault finding. • Continuously review production processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement. • Execute planned and preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and optimise performance. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. • Monitor equipment performance against set KPIs and take proactive measures to address any issues. • Uphold health & safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment. • Collaborate as a member of the Engineering team to contribute to the overall success of the business.
