The candidate will work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions. Manage closing processes and review/draft loan documents. Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Duties:Work on various private equity sponsored financing transactions.Manage closing processes efficiently.Review and draft loan documents including commitment letters, term sheets, and loan agreements.Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence promptly.Provide timely and accurate work products.Meet deadlines and expectations consistently.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including computer work and virtual meetings.Perform all other assigned duties, tasks, or projects. Requirements:Admitted to practice in the state of hire.Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.J.D. degree. Experience:1+ years of private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions experience. Skills:Strong understanding of private equity finance transactions.Proficiency in reviewing and drafting loan documents.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive work relationships.Attention to detail and accuracy in work products.
