They are a well established firm and have a great reputation for their expert legal knowledge and professional service. The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Secretary with extensive audio typing and digital dictation experience, ideally with private client experience to enable cover within the department. You will be working within a busy team providing secretarial support to a team of Fee Earners who cover files across private client law. Alongside lots of audio typing and digital dictation, you will be responsible for organising appointments and meetings in diaries, answering the telephone and being the first point of enquiry, updating clients on various matters and organising court bundles etc. You will possess a courteous and professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of discretion is paramount for this role alongside the passion & dedication to meet tight deadlines.
