City/State Norfolk, VA Overview Work Shift First (Days) (United States of America) Sentara Health is seeking a Printing System Analyst to join our Sales Operations team! Job Description Summary: The Business Analyst role will support the SR Printing Systems Analyst for Sentara Health Plans, who is our primary point of contact for our enterprise printer, Taylor Communications. The role will include assisting with programming for some of our most important applications that run our automated printing processes across the health plan. Additionally, this role will support coordination between the marketing and communications teams and Taylor Communications for many of our largest mailings The role involves both analytical responsibilities and direct interaction with our marketing and communications leaders. Required Qualification : 3 years' of related experience is required in one of the following areas: Operations, IT or Reporting. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Knowledge in Asana application and Microsoft Suite is preferred.
