Summary Responsible for performing in an office/print and mail production environment. Primary responsibilities include learning the production process to create advanced Excel spreadsheets, which include pivot tables, lookups, linking spreadsheets, formatting, creating, verifying statistical reports and presentations. Manage information and enter data in Excel for account specific client billing, service problems and handles prioritized work requests. Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Required to learn the production process which includes operation of highspeed printing and inserting equipment. This role requires attention to detail in reconciling production data. High school education or equivalent Your role in our mission Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge Create Advanced Excel Spreadsheets Must be Detailed Oriented Maintain inventory of paper and envelope supplies What we're looking for Able to perform advanced reporting and administrative functions Manage time effectively Proficient in professional oral, written and telephone communication skills Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. What you should expect in this role Fully On-site, no remote opportunity High school education or equivalent Overtime required #LI-CB1 #LI-ONSITE The pay range for this position is $31,100.00 - $44,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
