Since its inception in 2014 under the current executive team, the Millennium Print Group has assembled a dedicated and highly talented staff of print professionals and has built a world-class organization that is customer focused, market-competitive, and quality driven. Our unique ability offers a variety of services specializing in trading specialties and collectible cards. Since 2019, MPG has nearly tripled in size. Currently, MPG is seeking to hire an experienced Print Project Manager for our locations in the RTP area of NC. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate information to and from MPG Project Managers in a timely and efficient manner, involving approval of materials in various stages of production, finished products, and QA samples, as well as information needed for current jobs in production and/or job changes. Collaborate with MPG Project Managers to ensure that time and requirements for orders are being met. Ensure all project related materials are available in time to meet production schedule. Serve as point of contact between internal customer teams and MPG Project Managers. Monitor QA checks to ensure all stages of production are up to customer and MPG standards. Complete and maintain an organized file for documentation and communication for each project. Review blue line proofs for accurate platemaking. Prepare and update job jackets throughout project progression. Maintain schedule for 24/7 operating printing presses. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience working in print industry is required. Knowledge of printing process is required (offset printing preferred, digital or flexo is acceptable) Must be comfortable working Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays; May receive occasional after-hours calls due to 24/7 printing press schedule Ability to work extended hours when required to meet company's needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with both customers and internal employees.
