OPEN POSITION: Physician - Primary Care (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)SCHEDULE:- Full-Time and Part-Time Available- No Evenings- No Weekends- No Holidays- Minimal On-Call (flexible / negotiable)CLINIC HOURS:- Monday through Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pmCOMPENSATION:- $140+ per Hour, negotiable based on experience- Regular Productivity Bonuses- Loan Forgiveness- Malpractice Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- CME Allowance- Paid Time Off- 403b w/ 6% Match- W2 and 1099 Status AvailableLOCATION: Boron, CaliforniaCOMPANY PROFILE: This community health center (FQHC) opened in 2011 and currently employs 20+ physicians across a variety of specialties - pediatrics, ob/gyn, infectious disease, orthopedics, behavioral health, podiatry, pain management - as well as full-scope primary care. They operate 4 clinics in the Lancaster area, with a robust support staff of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical and administrative team members. They are currently hiring new providers due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION: The physician will provide comprehensive medical services for patients.
