Crossroads Mobile Maintenance has an immediate need for a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to serve as a mobile technician throughout Michigan and its surrounding states as needed. This is a great opportunity for an entry level mechanic to grow and learn more in the heavy equipment diesel field. At Crossroads Mobile Maintenance we offer competitive wages and great benefit packages. Benefits include, medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer contribution, paid holidays, paid sick days, vacation time, company-paid life insurance, optional short-and long-term disability, and an employee education reimbursement program. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Preventative maintenance of on and off-road heavy-duty trucks and equipment Testing of equipment Maintain service records and paperwork Parts inventory control Compliance with company and customer safety policies Capable of working safely and productively without constant supervision QUALIFICATIONS: CDL - A license with valid medical card Strong computer and communication skills Background check required and able to pass drug screening Must have own basic tools Must be mechanically inclined Must have the ability to travel away from home up to 4 nights per week **Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is a non-union shop** Job Posted by ApplicantPro
